HITEC 2026 took place in San Antonio, Texas, from June 15 to 18, and our partner ANTlabs exhibited at Booth #1752. ANTlabs described it as an exciting and meaningful week, with many conversations with hoteliers, technology partners and hospitality leaders about what comes next for the digital guest journey.
Visitors showed strong interest in ANTlabs' established hospitality solutions: HSIA powered by SG5 and ASP Cloud, IPTV with ANTlabsEzTV, and HotSpot 2.0 with ANTlabsEzProfile. The show was also a chance to see the SG Pro 5410 gateway and ANTlabs' latest roadmap.
ANTlabs' new AI solutions sparked many of the most thoughtful conversations. As Kwang Tat Ang, ANTlabs' Product & Marketing Director, noted, those discussions were practical and grounded. Hotel teams are not looking for AI just for the sake of AI. They want it to reduce helpdesk and front desk workload, improve guest onboarding, support 24/7 guest assistance and smarter service delivery, create new revenue opportunities, and improve guest satisfaction.
ANTlabs also reconnected with key partners and customers and met many new prospects exploring how it can support their properties and portfolios. In ANTlabs' words, a successful event is measured not only by booth traffic, but by the quality of the conversations that continue after the show.
If you missed us at HITEC, the conversation is still open. Peacey Systems is ANTlabs' North American distributor.
